It is vital to service your scuba equipment, especially your regulators & BCD according to the manufacturer standards. These are critical life support systems which, when not properly maintained, can pose hazards to safe diving. The service schedule will depend on the manufacturer but, in general, it’s usually every 1-2 years or 50-100 dives (whichever comes first)Â for every component. Even when you you;ve been out of the water a while, o-rings and other parts will continue to age, so regular servicing is an important part of a properly functioning kit.
Our factory authorized technicians completely disassemble, clean the parts using ultrasound, install new o-rings, apply new lubricants, reassemble and perform an overall inspection of regulators, hoses, mouthpieces, straps, buckles and other components. After all work is completed, testing is performed to insure everything in working within factory specification or as intended.
